Application of Plane Thrust Ball Bearing
Micro-plane Thrust Ball Bearings are separable bearings with a contact Angle of 90. They can be mounted separately and can only withstand axial loads. The limit speed of the micro unidirectional Thrust Bearing is low, and the steel ball is squeezed to the outside of the raceway by centrifugal force, which is easy to scratch, but not suitable for high speed operation.Unidirectional thrust bearing can bear unidirectional axial load,and bidirectional bearing can bear bidirectional axial load. Thrust ball bearing with spherical seat has self-aligning performance, which can eliminate the influence of installation error. Micro plane thrust ball bearing structure: the material of bearing retainer is divided into stainless steel and copper, the material of plane thrust ball bearing gasket is bearing steel or stainless steel,divided into with groove and without groove.
